Smythson of Bond Street May 2012

I created five illustrated window installations, four in London and the fifth in New York inspired by Victorian theatre sets. The design includes drawings of the Admiralty Arches, english roses, Buckingham Palace and the Queen Victoria Memorial to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

I hand painted this window for Orange Pekoe in Barnes, it was completed in four hours and designed to remain in place for three months.

LIBERTY LONDON MAY 2011

I was commissioned by Liberty to design and create a hand drawn botanical mural directly onto the wall of their beauty hall, and the door of their historical Queen Mary treatment room. I completed this permanent installation using acrylic paint and pens over ten days.

KINGS ROAD INSTALLATION

These wall drawings were commissioned by Paris fashion designer Tsumori Chisato for her pop up shop at The Shop at Bluebird on Kings Road in London. I completed the illustrations in one day using lightfast and waterproof marker pens.

SWAROVSKI FEB 2011

This Mural was commissioned by Swarovski to celebrate London Fashion Week. It took place over four days at their flagship store at 321 Oxford Street in London and featured hand painted key pieces from their Spring/Summer collection.

HAND PAINTED INSTALLATIONS

I have been commissioned by a range of companies to create hand painted installations directly onto the walls and windows of their premises. Clients have included Liberty London, Smythson of Bond Street, Orange Pekoe, Swarovski, Shop at Bluebird, Tsumori Chisato, Museum of Reading, Electrum Gallery and the Cornerstone Arts Centre. This mural was commissioned by the Electrum Gallery on South Molton Street just off Bond Street in London. It featured hand painted illustrations of Disa Allsopp's beautiful jewellery to publicise her solo show at the gallery. View the short film (left) to watch the process of the window being painted.

I was commissioned to design and hand paint the windows at the Cornerstone Arts Centre in Oxfordshire with festive designs for Christmas. It was such a lovely approach to decorating their (rather magnificent) building for Christmas, and I really enjoyed seeing and hearing people's reactions to the work, during the time I was in residence. I painted 64 m² of glass in ten days - a GIANT challenge in every sense, and a fantastic opportunity to work on an enormous scale using a cherry picker, ladders and platforms to complete the painting.
